It has been specifically designed to meet NSA/CSS 02-01 requirements. It has a user friendly touch screen panel which allows the user to select the controls by keeping the finger on a specific control for a specific amount of time. For transparent materials, user has to keep his finger on the control for 5 seconds and the shredder will operate for 30 seconds. The Kobra 260 TS HS6 Level 6 High Security Touch Screen Paper Shredder provides level 6 security. It shreds the documents into 1/32" x 1/5" pieces. The cutting knives and their blades have been designed with very high precision to ensure reliability and durability. It comes with an automatic oiling system which oils the cutting knives automatically and removes the need for manual oiling.
The Kobra 260 TS HS6 Level 6 High Security Touch Screen Paper comes with an integrated “Energy Smart” power saving system which allows the shredder to go to standby mode if it has not been used for 8 seconds. When the shredder is left idle for hours, it cuts itself from the mains power supply to make sure that no extra power is wasted. It comes with a Super Potential Power System which consists of Powerful steel gears and a metal chain drive system. The metal chain drive system is very reliable and does not wear out like other plastic chain drive systems. When extra material is inserted into the shredder, it automatically goes into Automatic Reverse mode.
The Kobra 260 TS HS6 Level 6 High Security Touch Screen Paper has one of the most advanced Metal detection systems which warns the user if a metal is accidentally inserted into it. It gives the warning with the help of an illuminated optical indicator which shows the status of the machine. The shredder stops the operation and does not resume until them metal has been removed.
